Carpet Pro began as a small business in 2019, offering industrial-grade carpet cleaning with a team of four employees. Known for their high-quality service and customer satisfaction, they quickly grew to serve cities across the UAE.
As Carpet Pro scaled, its reliance on cash-only payments spotlighted inefficiencies. Requiring its small team to repeatedly visit clients to collect payments hindered its operational productivity. Slow bank transfers that took 24-48 hours to process were not a viable option for them.
“Cash collection started becoming inconvenient for us and our customers. Bank transfers were not an option either because they could take 24-48 hours. It slowed everything down,” said founder Bulat Gainullin.

Teams on Ziina, a multi-user access tool, enabled Carpet Pro team members to generate and manage payment links and streamline operations independently. Replacing cash-reliant payment systems with ZiiLinks transformed time-consuming in-person collections, simplified the customer process, and accelerated cash flow. Carpet Pro’s partnership with Ziina opened the door to B2B expansion across the UAE, expanding from a 5-person team to a workforce of 50 employees, resulting in 10x growth.
